Pham Hoang Viet is a young painter, his nickname is Bi. He was born and grown up in Nha Trang - Viet Nam. He became an artist by chance and his desire of art was very strong.

When he was young, he and his friends used to live a difficult life because at the time the country was in low development in aconomy. There for, all his works majored in sadness, desire of the third class - the poor people. His works were stylized with culture of Viet Nam strongly. The sadness and desire in his works were concretized with palette - knife. That brings to the viewers a lively sese.
